Strange that you’re so close with such different weather. It’s cool and overcast here. Looking at the Dark Sky map you seem to be escaping most of the clouds.

And it looks like Mike and Marc may well be about to get a serious watering.

Nothing spectacular, just wet. Not even a proper downpour, like we had last Saturday or on Monday.
    Meh!

    Still shite up here.

    20 mph Northerly. 8Deg., feeling 4 Deg.

Heavy rain forecast until 17.00 hrs., then light rain until 20.00 hrs.

Almost halfway through June, and we have the CH on. :sad03:

Grey, cloudy and damp here, but still warm. A certain recipe for potato and tomato blight.

Five days until the Summer Solstice. The heating is on, and I’m off to hobble round a field in the drizzle.

Curate's Egg type of day; sunny and pleasant then sudden intense downpour, and repeat.

Unpacked some winter clothes. There's a reason here to always leave a coat on a peg near the door.
Could be wet snow in the village by Thursday and certainly a lot of new up top.
    Daytime high +6C.
All the grass got cut except for the edges that will be done, maybe next weekend.

Us too. It's cold and on an off rain. Been like that, with occasional bursts of dazzling sunshine, for the last week.

In the back garden with a brew while the lunatic knackers himself with his newly purchased indestructible football. This is now several days old, whereas the little bugger destroys the average football in less that ten minutes.
Anyway, back on topic, it’s 17c here, bit of a breeze and a Simpsons like sky.
Should just be time to get the ark finished for the Met Office’s predicted deluge tomorrow, which probably translates as it’s going to rain and maybe enough to take a waterproof just in case.
