Unearthed this little beasty from a box off "stuff" that had been hiding in the spare room for a number of years. Should make a decent "fixer upper" project. Blade is approx 13" long. It has a few dings in it, but is still sharp in other places. :)

Does anyone have any knowledge of this maker?

Looks a bit like a butcher's gammon slicer.

Lot to play with there :)

Not sure if having the Ration Assassins carving up a can of bully beef counts? :)

I'm wondering if that particular broad arrow mark is just a clever bit of marketing?

It looks to be part of the actual mark itself...

It looks slightly different to the broad arrow I recall...

    Sergeant, broad arrow, get it..?

None of that is based on any fact or even particular knowledge, feel free to ignore it and me :)
