Post here sites where you have personally received excellent service from an online retailer!
Hopefully should build into a decent resource of sites that people have used but also a guide for those who have seen deals but haven't been sure of the retailer themselves!
Please don't post unless you have bought from the retailer in question and details/hot deals would of course be appreciated!

I've bought a load of stuff from www.mandmdirect.com they have some stunning deals on end of line stuff they buy,

Few years ago I got a 5.11 five in one parka for SWMBO (they didn't have an FB sized ones for me) for about £40 IIRC? I think they were over £200 rrp

Not entirely outdoors related, but great quality US style clothing, fly fishing gear and doggy luxuries. Sign up for their newsletter to get information on their (fairly regular) sales.

Also, the Paramo EBay stores are well worth keeping an eye on. They have 2 that I know of :"Paramoseconds" for ex-display and not-quite-perfect kit, and Paramoextras. I've bought from both - first class service and much cheaper than retail.

Can't speak highly enough of Heinnie Haynes.

Bought a Maxpedition wallet from them a few weeks ago - ordered it around 8am in the morning, they had it posted by 11am, and I received it the next day - which is superb considering I live in the Highlands and usually reckon on a 2-3 day delivery time as a minimum.

    I'll chime in with
    Sportpursuit.com
Can sometimes take a few weeks to get orders to you due to the way that they operate but the service over a dozen or so orders has been exceptional!

Another vote for Heinie Haynes :) also for Endicott's, and for Alpkit, especially their sales stuff.

I've had excellent service from BPL in the past, always with skittles and even phone calls from them to make sure my stuff arrived safely..............quality.

Had my first problem with a Sport Pursuit order today, so we'll see how good they actually are at dealing with issues.

    I'll second that.

I would also like to mention I like a bargain
Not outdoors orientated, rather home and electronics, but generally keenly priced. The reason I mention them is that they had shite communication (i.e. none at all) but they kept their cool and delivered as promised. Would use again
